Day One

I went to see the Doctor yesterday. Apparently “obesity” is a diagnosis now, so I am starting a diet today. Actually with a height of 5 foot 10”, blood pressure of 132/80, and a weight of 296.8 pounds, I have a Body Mass Index of 45 and according to the Doctor, that makes me “Very obese.”. So I am starting a new this day.
