I am taking some supplements to make up for the nutritional deficiency of my diet.

Breakfast:
Pro-biotic pill with 8 different Probiotics, 10 Billion CFU
400 mg Magnesium
15 mg Zinc
1000 I.U. D3
2000 mg Conjulated Linoteic Acid
450 mg Algal DHA

Lunch:
2000 mg Conjulated Linoteic Acid
450 mg Algal DHA

Dinner:
400 mg Magnesium
15 mg Zinc
1000 I.U. D3
2000 mg Conjulated Linoteic Acid
450 mg Algal DHA
